In the picturesque town of Masnou, just a stone's throw away from Barcelona city, Sosa seized an opportunity and acquired a charming little house. With architectural plans drafted and approved for development, the house was sold before the project even started.

An easy operation with 30% yield. Though Sosa loves developing real estate, this time we settled for only making the plans.
